Yes, all our courses have English subtitles that can be accessed by clicking the CC button on the video player.
After you enroll in a course, you will receive an invoice for your course purchase. You can forward this invoice directly to your team for reimbursement. Please reach out at support@prentice.co if you need help adding custom information, such as your company name and address.
If you need manager approval to reimburse your course, we can also provide an email reimbursement template that you can forward to them. The template frames the course in terms of how it benefits your manager, team, and organization.This makes the course feel like a no-brainer and creates a sense of urgency.

You can buy a gift card for any individual course by clicking this link. When you buy a gift card, you can choose to send the email with the gift card PDF attached to yourself or directly to the recipient.
Gift cards can be redeemed by sending us an email at support@prentice.co. Once the card is redeemed, if the gift is for a single course the giftee will have lifetime access to the course and be able to re-watch as many times as they like.
The free tier of our product acts as a ‘try before you buy’ experience. We are therefore unable to provide refunds on any single course purchases.
